Rates are competitive and depending on travel and need. For quote on general notarization work and loan signing services, please contact me. Each signature being authenticated will be assessed the maximum amount allowable by the state of Indiana: $10. To understand this better, 4 signatures on 3 documents would be $120 just for the notarial act.

Apostille service starts at $150 per document needing Apostille, up to 3 documents. Each additional document that needs Apostille is $100. Service include delivery to the Secretary of State and in-person delivery of authenticated documents.

Travel rate starts at $15 for all travel within 5 miles of Franklin, IN 46131. Travel beyond 5 miles is billed at the federal rate.

Please ensure you have the correct paperwork ready to be notarized. If you have not been provided with a certificate, and do not know what you need notarized, please contact the person requesting your notarized signature to obtain the right information. In most cases, I will have blanks, but you need to tell me which certificate is being requested.

All signers must be present at the time of the notarization appointment with their valid identification. If you are providing a witness in lieu of presenting and Identification, they must have their valid ID and also be present at the time of the notarial act.
