To ensure a smooth notarization, please have ready:
✓ Valid, government-issued photo ID
Driver’s license, passport, or state ID
Must be current (not expired)
✓ The document(s) to be notarized
DO NOT SIGN them beforehand—you must sign in my presence
Documents should be complete (no blank spaces where info should be)
✓ Payment
Cash, Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle accepted

✓ Any additional signers/witnesses
All parties who need to sign must be present with their own valid ID
03
What if I don’t have a valid ID?
A valid, government-issued photo ID is required by law. If yours is expired or you don’t have one, you’ll need to obtain proper identification before I can notarize your documents.
04
Do you provide the documents that need to be notarized?
No. You must bring your own documents. However, if you’re working with a lender, attorney, or title company, they will typically provide all necessary paperwork.
05
Can you notarize documents in Spanish?
Yes! The documents themselves must be in English (for legal purposes in the US), but I can interpret and explain everything in Spanish to ensure you fully understand what you’re signing. However, I am not a lawyer and cannot give any legal advice.
06
How long does a notarization take?
Simple notarizations typically take 5-10 minutes. Loan signings take 45-60 minutes depending on the complexity of the package.
07
Do you work evenings and weekends?
Yes! I offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. Additional fees may apply for after-hours appointments.
08
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, and Zelle. Payment is due at the time of service.
