Appointment Policies
Notification of Cancellation:
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be in need of our services. You can contact us via phone at 317-208-0937 or email at info@theamigaagency.com.
Cancellations and No-Shows:
A “no show” occurs when the signer fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification or cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice. In such cases, the appointment deposit is forfeited for the first occurrence of a no-show or less than 24-hour cancellation. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, therefore, we will send you a reminder about the missed appointment and provide an opportunity to reschedule.
Rescheduling Policy:
Please reschedule your appointment at least two (2) hours in advance of your scheduled time. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $10 rescheduling fee. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please click “Change/Cancel Appointment” in your booking confirmation or contact us directly.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be considered under certain circumstances, such as clerical errors made by our notary or if the service was not rendered due to our error or inability to provide the service. To request a refund, please submit your request within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Along with your request, please provide a detailed explanation of the issue and any relevant documentation. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [3 business days].
Please note: We do not provide refunds for documents that have been notarized and/or have been rejected from the requesting party. It is the sole responsibility of the signer to ensure online documents are accepted. We recommend verifying acceptance with the relevant parties before proceeding with notarization.
Limitation of Liability:
Our responsibility for any errors or omissions is restricted to the cost of the service provided.

We reserve the right to update this policy periodically to align with changes in regulations and our business operations.
